1st Birthday Party For Nickolas

This weekend I photographed a 1st birthday party. Nickolas was very cute and walking great! I had a terrific time shooting this birthday party. The family was so wonderful and nice. There are lots of photos to come. But for now, here are just a few.

Photography Style

I believe that your photos should reflect you and your personality. They should be spontaneous and fun. They should reflect your life and tell your story! When I look at photos I see a story behind them that is conveyed through emotion. Therefore I like to shoot lifestyle photojournalistic photography. I do not own a studio, nor do I ever plan to. I don’t use backdrops, as I like to shoot in the home or outside to truly convey your story. To me there is no better backdrop then your own surroundings. I also do not do a lot of posing as I like to convey true emotion and interaction in my photos.
